MEET THE TEAM

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Priscila Richmond, M.S., LMFT-Associate
Supervised by Layla Z. Scott, PhD, LMFT-Supervisor
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change in their lives. My approach is rooted in the experiential model, where I believe that new experiences can heal past wounds and lead to profound, lasting transformation. By thinking systemically, I strive to understand the intricate dynamics at play within relationships and help my clients navigate them with greater clarity and purpose.
I specialize in working with trauma, utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CBT to support clients in processing their pain and rewriting the negative beliefs that may be holding them back. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, adjusting to life’s transitions, and challenges in parenting. My goal is to walk alongside my clients on their journey, offering support, empowerment, and respect for their unique paths.
To me, therapy is a sacred experience—one where I am honored to witness and participate in the healing process. I am dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. No matter where you are in your journey, I am here to meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you envision.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Tomas Menchaca, M.S., LMFT-Associate
Supervised by Elise Thompson, PhD, LMFT-Supervisor
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking clarity, connection, and meaningful change. My approach is grounded in systemic and narrative therapy, with the belief that our experiences and relationships shape how we understand ourselves, our emotions, and our roles in the world. Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and intentionally reshape patterns that no longer serve you.
I work with clients across genders, backgrounds, and life stages, supporting a wide range of concerns including grief, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Within this work, I have a particular interest in supporting men who are navigating emotional challenges, loss, and identity changes, while also working with women, couples, and families impacted by similar experiences. I recognize that emotional pain rarely exists in isolation and often affects entire relationship systems.
I integrate Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and experiential approaches to help clients access their strengths while addressing present challenges. I also work with couples and families who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and develop healthier relational patterns, especially during times of stress or transition.
I view therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and grounded, where clients feel heard without judgment and supported in taking ownership of their growth. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and intentional action, and I am honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward lives that feel more aligned and meaningful.
