Client Concern and Support
If you have a concern about your care or experience with our clinic, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can listen to your concerns and address them.
You may submit your concern in writing to our clinic director at icuc.clinic@gmail.com. Please include as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing. Our team will review your message and follow up with you to discuss next steps and possible resolutions.
